Efficient bulk material unloading
We design and manufacture various Big Bag unloading systems according to client needs.
Big Bag unloading systems are used for discharging bulk materials from suspended Big Bags. The bags are hung using four loops. The material must be dry, free-flowing, non-bridging, and compatible with the capacity of the downstream conveyor. For further discharge, shaftless, conventional screw, or other types of conveyors are used.
Specific sollutions
Big Bags may be straight, conical, equipped with discharge valves, or of other designs. The system typically uses a bag lifting cross for suspension, but a forklift or hoisting mechanism can also be used.
We also offer optional accessories such as: pneumatic agitation plates for easier material discharge, bag closing valves, suspension systems for different bag heights, and various sensors.
