Plasma cutting

Our plasma cutting services provide an efficient, economical, and precise solution for steel processing. In addition to carbon steel, we also cut stainless steel and aluminum.

This method is ideal for preparing blanks for further machining or welding, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.

Bending

To meet the highest standards of quality and flexibility, we offer professional bending services alongside cutting solutions.

Using our CNC-controlled hydraulic press brake TRUMPF V170-4, we deliver exceptional accuracy and efficiency for projects of any complexity. Our continuously expanding range of punches and dies ensures we can meet even the most demanding requirements.

Welding

For maximum versatility, we rely on Fronius International welding equipment — a global leader in advanced welding technologies. This allows us to weld steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals with precision and reliability.

Our welding equipment includes:

• TransTig 2200 DC – TIG welding for steel and stainless steel

• iWave 300i AC/DC – TIG welding with liquid-cooled torches for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals

• TRANSPULS SYNERGIC 2700 4R/MIG/MAG – heavy-duty MIG/MAG welding for professional applications

• TransSteel 4000 PULSE – a universal power source covering MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA modes, featuring:

  • 167 welding programs

  • ROOT program for root welding

  • STEEL DYNAMIC program for maximum penetration

  • and speed

  • PCS program and more

  • 40% duty cycle at maximum power, enabling continuous 4-minute welding — outperforming the industry average
